Do I need to use specific accounting software?
We work in the major platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you are not set up on one yet, we will help you choose and get started.
How far behind can my books be?
There is no limit. We help clients who are a year or more behind. Cleanup pricing depends on how many months and accounts are involved.
Do you prepare or file taxes?
We focus on bookkeeping. We deliver clean, organized books and a year-end package so your CPA or tax preparer can file quickly and accurately.
How is pricing structured?
Monthly bookkeeping is a flat monthly fee based on transaction volume and number of accounts. Cleanup projects are quoted once we see the scope. You will always know the price before work begins.
Is my financial information secure?
We use read-only access wherever possible, secure document sharing and never ask for your banking passwords.
